Summer Adult Exercise Program

Long Island Rowing welcomes adults of all shapes and sizes to join Head Coach Anika Giehl in a get-in-shape DRY LAND exercise program. This program will meet 3-times per week and is designed to convert winter couch potato's into conditioned athletes. Participants will start out slow and increase activity with conditioning. Soon you’ll be taking on Coach Anika’s ever popular circuit routines.

This excersice program does not involve rowing or on water training. It is designed to prepare you for our rowing programs should you require it.

Exercise sessions will be held 3-times per week. All sessions will be held at out outdoor facility at Fleets Cove Beach in Centerport, NY.

Session Schedule:

Session 1:

June 7-July 2 (1 hour/day - 3 days/week - 12 days/month) $50

Session 2:

July 9-August 4 (5 hours/week - 3 days/week - 12 days/month) $50

Session 3:

August 6-September 1 (5 hours/week - 3 days/week - 12 days/month) $50

Session 4:

September 3-September 29 (5 hours/week - 3 days/week - 12 days/month) $50

Session Time:

Tuesday / Thursday 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Saturday 8:00am – 10:00am
